Ederson Safra Melo

I am Professor in the Department of Philosophy at Federal University of Maranhão (UFMA) and director of the Graduate Program in Philosophy, UFMA. I received my Phd in Philosophy from Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). During my PhD, I was a Visiting Researcher Fellow at Brown University, USA. I work in logic and philosophy of logic, mainly interested in the notion of truth, semantic paradoxes, paraconsistency, anti-exceptionalism about logic and logical pluralism.

Francisco Lages

Francisco Lages has a graduate and a Masters (CNPQ Scholarship) degree in Philosophy from UFMG, the same Institution where he is undertaking his Ph.D (CAPES Scholarship). He also graduated in International Relations at PUC-MG. His interests range from the Philosophy of Language and Fiction to the Philosophy of Science and Political Philosophy. Currently he researches theoretical scientific models as abstract artifacts in his Ph.D. and develops a parallel work regarding artifactualism and social mechanisms.

Guilherme Araújo Cardoso

I am a Full Professor in the Department of Philosophy at the Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto (UFOP). I received my PhD in Philosophy from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG). Henrique Antunes

I received my PhD degree in Philosophy at the University of Campinas in 2019 under the supervision of Professor Walter Carnielli. I am currently an adjunct professor at the Federal University of Maranhão, a postdoctoral researcher at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, and a full member of the Advanced Reasoning Forum. My main research areas are: mathematical logic, non-classical logics, philosophy of logic, and philosophy of mathematics. Email address: antunes.

José Henrique Fonseca Franco

Graduated in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on Electric Power Systems from the Federal University of Itajubá (Unifei) in 2015. He started a degree in Philosophy at the Federal University of São João del-Rei (UFSJ) in 2016. Worked on the Institutional Program for Initiation Scholarship at Teaching (PIBID/CAPES) of the Philosophy course. In the second semester of 2018, he held an exchange at the Universidad de San Buenaventura, Bogotá, D.C. through the BRACOL program.

Lorenzzo Frade

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2013), and a Master’s degree in Philosophy from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2017). I am currently a Visiting Professor at the Federal Instituto of Minas Gerais. I have experience in Philosophy, with an emphasis on Logic.
